Normally, we time our Odonate Mini-Blitz for July or August, but this year, as part of the Dragonfly Society of the Americas Odolympics, we are moving it up to June. As in years past, the day will consist of exploring different Tahoe areas in search of a variety of dragonfly and damselfly species, but for this year we will likely focus more on lower elevations around Truckee and may also attempt to hit a greater number of sites than usual. Regardless, it is sure to be a fun day enjoying and learning about odes, and all are welcome!! If you are interested in participating, please email Will Richardson.
