Join former TINS board member and birding enthusiast, Rich Chambers as he presents a four-part, virtual “birding by ear” series emphasizing birds that inhabit the Tahoe region. During this series, participants will learn how to recognize Tahoe birds by their songs and calls. This series helps participants to know exactly what to listen for and how to tell one bird from another.

Review of birding by ear
Common Tahoe spring bird sounds. 15 birds you may be able to see and hear as they nest in our area. Right after class, we'll provide a video with sound of this portion of the class
