While most meteor showers are noticeable for about a week, the Taurids have perhaps the longest duration of overall visibility. Taurids begin appearing around October 21 and continue into right on up until or about November 27.
November 5 through November 12 is traditionally the time frame when these meteors are at their best.
The overnight hours of November 11 into the morning hours of November 12 is probably the best night to watch this meteor shower, as the moon will not rise until around 3:15 a.m., leaving about 9 hours of dark skies for those looking for meteors.
