Vicki Isacowitz (photo coming soon...)
Vicki has been a Tahoe area educator since 1996, teaching in both private and alternative schools. She currently owns Clever Minds Educational Services, a learning center in downtown Truckee serving adults and students in grades K-12. Vicki is excited to be a part of TINS and help bridge connections between the goals of TINS and the needs of the schools and educators in the Tahoe region. Vicki has served on the Tahoe-Truckee Unified School District Board and the Sugar Bowl Ski Foundation, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education and Writing from the University of Vermont. In her free time, Vicki can be found hiking, playing tennis, enjoying the lake, skiing, reading, cooking, or otherwise enjoying the beautiful playground of Tahoe's natural environment.
Kelly Lancelotti

Kelly has lived in Lake Tahoe since 1995. She is a graduate of California State University, Chico, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She recently completed the South Shore Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Lake Tahoe program and currently serves on the Citizen's Bond Oversight Committee for the Lake Tahoe Unified School District. Kelly is also a Chapter Leader in her neighborhood of the Nevada Fire Safe Council, where she helps to educate her community about defensible space and fire safety. Kelly is the mother of two young girls, one of whom just started kindergarten. She enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, and volunteering in her kids' classrooms. She hopes to instill a love for Tahoe and its natural environment in her children. She's excited to be a part of TINS because of the educational programs and events that we offer.
Melanie Rives (photo coming soon...)
Melanie, a Wyoming native and graduate of the University of Wyoming, moved to the Tahoe area in 1991. When not working as an accountant at Sugar Bowl Ski Resort, she can be found enjoying everything from skiing and ice climbing in the winter to biking and kayaking in the summer. Melanie is absolutely "over the moon" to be part of TINS because she believes that through education and outreach more people can come to love and appreciate the Tahoe area as much as she does.
Bob Anderson

Bob Anderson lives in Meyers, near the Upper Truckee River. He is a veteran policy advocate in the world of electric utilities, high voltage transmission, and the bulk power system. He's an advocate for a clean energy future in the West. He serves on the Lake Tahoe Federal Advisory Committee, the board of the Pacific Rivers Council, and the leadership of the Washoe Meadows Community, and is the Chair of the Tahoe Area Sierra Club. Anderson brings to TINS many years of nonprofit organizational development. He hopes to help TINS fulfill its dreams of bringing a world-class interpretive nature center to Tahoe. In the meantime, he hopes some of the staff's vast knowledge of the natural history of the Tahoe region will rub off on him.
